Clipster B.V., in Breda, the Netherlands, (“Clipster”) makes use of a privacy policy. This Privacy Policy indicates what kind of information we collect about you, as well as how that information is used, maintained, and, in some cases, shared. 1. Personal data

1. When you sign up on our website for any of our services (i.e. newsletter, specific information), we ask you to provide personal data. This data is used to enable and to carry out the services.
2. If you wish to use the Service Clipster requires a login in order to provide you with a personalised account. During the account registration process, Clipster will collect your personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address and phone number). You must provide all of this information in order to obtain an account. You must also provide Clipster with billing information such as billing address and VAT number. Clipster will keep this information on file in a secure server in order to process your recurring invoices.
3. All information that Clipster stores related to your account, including any billing information, is visible through your personal interface. You can request Clipster to delete your information if you decide to end the usage of the Service.

2. Collecting the information

1. We will collect this mentioned information when you register to use Clipster, transmit information to us via our Service and/or website, participate in one of our promotions or when you otherwise use our Service and/or website. By using our Service and/or website, you agree with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, do not engage in any of these activities.

Clipster stores all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information that we collect on our Service. Clipster may use third parties, such as Microsoft, for the security and the protection. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps us to protect your data. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

Clipster will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Clipster will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Third party service provider

Clipster is allowed to use third party service providers to assist Clipster with the Service. Any personal information disclosed through such communications will be governed by such third party privacy policy. 

8.  Changes to the Privacy Policy

Clipster may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Whenever a change to this policy is significant, we will place a prominent notice on our Service. 

9.  Applicable law and dispute settlement

If you are accessing our Service from any region with regulations or laws governing personal data collection, use or disclosure that differ from Dutch laws or regulations, please note that through your continued use of our Service, which is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, you are transferring personal information to the Netherlands and you consent to that transfer. The service is controlled and operated by Clipster from its office in The Netherlands. Therefore this Privacy Policy shall be exclusively governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be exclusively submitted to the competent Court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. However Clipster is entitled to bring the dispute before the competent court of your domicile.
